Fergus woke just before 9.00 we went round the garden and he had a nice breakfast, then waited patiently for me to finish mine so he could come on to my lap to sleep at 10.00.
Woke up early at 10.45 may have been disturbed by the washing machine. I was about to it my quilt out to air and the next load of washing and he peed on my quilt. I was livid ???? We went for a short walk on the front with the lead. We met the neighbours stood there for ages talking and he got tired. Postman came so he was happy to see all these people. Then the folk from the holiday house came so happy again, but we came in. He began the bitey thing growling and I put him in his crate.
Sitting beside it now trying the same as yesterday, but instead of falling asleep after calming down he is attack it his bed. He’s finished attacking the bed and barking again. So far the ignoring him thing isn’t working today, but I must persevere as he will just keep biting if I let him out.
Going to leave him and hang out my quilt. He barked the whole time. I’m back at the crate.
Got the hoover out and he stopped barking and fell asleep around 12.30pm
Fergus up at 2:15 he had a chewy bone, didn’t really like it, tried the puzzle boxes, which again were good but he wanted to do them on the lounger which he likes to take over. Had a longer chewy thing, last maybe 10 minutes. Throwing game and he was biting again. Brought on to crate at 3.05pm not settling with the ignoring idea, instead he is demolishing the bed. Tried the hoover from a distance didn’t work. He calmed and we went outside he kept disappearing to visit the folk in the guest house. We went for the walk up the road. He was frightened by sudden bird noises. The walk is 20 minutes at his pace.
We came back, brought him in on my lap to settle, took about ten minutes as he was resisting like mad. Put in crate and sleeping immediately 4.00pm.
Up at 6 began biting again put into crate up at 7pm. Had tea we went into garden to play he started attacking I tried to restrain him and hold him as someone on vizsla forum suggested. Just made things worse. Became like wild animal uncontainable wanting to bite me. Managed to wrestle him off me with more cuts and he ran off turned and lunged at me in effort to bite. I managed to get to safety of steps. He ran at me again I knocked him away and picked him up. He stopped struggling and we sad down he was calm on my lap and fell asleep.
At 8 we went out for walk up the road. Came back he sat in kitchen with me chewing stuff all good. Wanted on my lap for a while great, then got bitey so put in crate. Not happy sat with him for a bit while he wrecked his bed. Eventually fell asleep 9.20. Got him up just before 11.00pm he was fine on the settee with me we went outside to the business and back into bed by 12.00 midnight.

Fergus up at 7.00 this morning. I think the extra sleeps last night happy affected how long he will last in the morning.
We had a tiny sleep on settee, less than an hour, so still tired. We had breakfast and he played happily. We played fetch for a very short time, still okay. Began to look restless, another tired sign, with the odd chew at me. Didn’t want to sleep, popped into crate and he settled straight away at 10.20.
Up at 11.55am we went for a walk up the road. He came back fine playing then sitting in the garden, but I think it was too hot for him. Started growling, biting, got him into crate again. Barking in protest. I recorded 30 seconds of him barking, played it for him. He was fascinated, stopped, listened then groaned and fell asleep at 12.50pm.
Only had about 10 minutes when Cath, Gordon, Steph arrived with the three dogs. That was him up for a very energetic day.
He and his brother fought for ages quite violently at times, but they obviously enjoyed each other’s company. They occasionally stopped for a short rest in the shade and then back at it. Fergus enjoyed going into the the little paddling pool trying to encourage his brother Brodie too, but mostly he avoided the water. He did venture in once , but not as keen as Fergus. Eventually when everyone left he crashed, so exhausted. Got up briefly lay on settee with me for a while then off to bed.

Fergus woke up at 4.30 for the toilet then again at 8.30. Had breakfast and off to sleep around 9.00am. I went to doctors and arrived back at about 10.30 to hear him barking.
We went for a walk up the road on lead, but seemed to be tired giving a girn at the idea of walking. We turned back he was more keen. Spent time in garden lazing in sun as he chewed and after about half an hour seems to be tired again but not interested in sleeping just yet. Sleeping 12.10pm up at 1.00pm
Sleeping 2.40 up about 4.00pm. Tired again, quite lethargic today sleeping 5.25pm. Slept till about 8.00pm. Quite lively now, maybe not such a great idea sleeping so long. Sleeping 8.40 awake 9.40pm.
On settee with me chewing stuff, about 10.30pm sleeping off and on until 11.45 then we went out to do the toilet. In bed by 12 midnight.
