Fergus woke up at 8.35 we went for a walk round garden and back in and again he wanted more sleep, so we both went to sleep on the settee for two hours till 10.30.
After breakfast Fergus went for another sleep at 11.00 and woke at 11.45. We went out to play in the garden and walk round the path. Fergus was content at some points to play by himself, and he explored the top most part of the garden. I may have to protect the satellite cables as some are on the ground in chewable range.
Began getting bitey, came in, not ready to settle right away, still being mischievous . At 13.20 he finally went for another sleep.
Up by 2.00 we went for a walk up the road on the lead, as well as playing in garden. Still loads of bitey energy so we came I. And he attacked the mat for a while before lying down on the mat. Tried to encourage him into the crate, but had to put him in and close gate as he was beginning to resist sleeping again and just biting on sight.. Sleep at 3.00 up again by 4.00
Walking up the road on the lead. Played puzzle game. Fetch in garden. After tea he fell asleep 6.20 up again by 7.30. More walks, games in garden and short street walk. Attacked the mat a lot expending lots of energy. He wants to be in the sitting room but goes crazy so we end up in the kitchen. He was sleeping by 8.30 and up again by 9.50. Really hyper we went for walk on lead still crazy in kitchen tearing into mat. Seemed calm took him into sitting room didn’t work just wants to bite. Back into kitchen. Tried a few times but he ended up in crate a couple of times. Finally put him out when he wet the floor. Brought in when cleaned up. Much calmer ready for sleep 11.00. In bed by 11.40 again.

Fergus got up at 8.30 again. We had breakfast but he wanted to sleep. I avoided taking him onto my lap until we had eaten. He had most of his breakfast and got fed up waiting on me so he went into his crate and went to sleep. Normally this would be great but today wanted him up as long as possible before I went to the shops. He went to sleep at 9.00 I went out at 9.20. When I came back he was howling at 11.30.
No usual sleeps today. Had lunch (new pedigree kibble) ate it well. Went to sleep at 1.30pn got up at 3.00pm we went for a walk on the lead up to the bridge. Met the neighbours, was getting tired. Now in crate as biting at 4pm. Sleeping. Went into house at 5.30pm and he was barking so may have been up earlier.
Grumpy when preparing tea. Constantly off the mat, eventually in crate. Barked a lot. On mat in huff with me. Wouldn’t go for his tea when I put it out after all the commotion. Then he wanted mine ???? put him outside with a treat and his tea. He came in later and fell asleep on my lap. 6.40pm got up about 7.30pm.
Out in car trying out boot, but needs work and he howled.
Was really difficult although I gave him a bone to chew on. Had to crate him then try again twice. Eventually he wanted to sleep on my lap so sat on settee about 9.30 woke about 11.00. We went for walk in dark getting used to night sounds by torch light. Back about 11.50 and sleeping by 12.00.

Fergus up at 8.50. He consistently gets almost 9 hours sleep now. Then goes back to sleep for two hours after breakfast. He went to sleep about 9.45 and I went to Dunbar for haircut and back about 11.30. Again he was barking so less than the two hours sleep.
Been round garden, happy with chewy thing. Went for walk up the road to bridge on lead. Played fetch in garden, had lunch, started to get bitey, got my arm again. Growling, wouldn’t settle, resisting again, put into crate and asleep within two minutes 12.50pm up again at 2.15pm.
Fergus difficult all afternoon trying to bite me. We can’t even have a simple okay or walk session. We started with the treat puzzles and that went well, but downhill after that.
Nothing had worked today. Tried him in his crate a few times then tried again, but I think that was a mistake. As I write I am beside the crate as he has constantly barked, and has just stopped to settle down to sleep again at 4.25pm. Got up 6.10pm we had tea went for walk up the road, played in garden, very bitey today, always coming in close to lean then bite. Sleeping again 7.15pm to 8.15pm
Playing in garden till about 9.15 tried a few times to get off to sleep kept resisting. Asleep at 9.30. Up again about 11.00pm we went for a walk in the dark, Fergus wasn’t keen. In bed by 12.00 midnight.

Awake at 8.00 not as long as usual but still good. It’s more because he needs the toilet, did everything, comes in and is ready to go in my lap for the next sleep. He had some breakfast today, but sometimes he doesn’t bother. Back sleeping by 9.00.
Managed to put some drops in left ear last night and right ear this morning.
Awake at 10.30. I managed to go to bottle bank and chemist in chirnside.
Fergus was fine with chewy bone and some play, then became quite bitey, got me a few times. Took him in put in crate, sat beside as usual and he barked like hell. I kept staring him down and saying no, but he was worse. Eventually calm I opened the door (big mistake) he was nice for a short time till he got outside then went rogue again. Running around crazy, growling, attacking me. Then in the kitchen again ran in and out again just to annoy me, went over to his bowl did a short pee looking at me and growling tan up to garden did same. I poured water over and brushed it away, he attacked the brush rushing about growling. He crashed into the chair, gave a Yelp, didn’t seem hurt ran off. Got him in the garden still snapping at me, quite a struggle this time, eventually got him into his crate.
New approach as he barked I sat beside crate and said nothing and didn’t look at him. He quickly quietened down and fell asleep. I got up and made a noise with my glass and he woke up started barking again. I repeated above and he stopped, and fell back to sleep at 1.30pm.
I began cutting the grass and he woke up about 2.00pm came out was not happy with lawn mower. Fled to back door. When I was finished he came in when I went for a drink and he went into his crate and fell asleep about 2.30pm I finished cutting grass at front.
Reappeared at about 3.45 lively. Had a chewy and bone game of fetch. Fergus had been fine all afternoon, disappeared at one point. Heard barking he had gone to talk to the folk in the holiday house. Came up started to bite badly again. Got him down into kitchen into crate with a treat. He wasn’t happy again sat next to crate and ax before didn’t look at him or speak to him just fiddled with the phone. He shopped barking went to sleep. I started preparing the tea but I woke him up. Barking again I finished preparing it then sat down beside crate again, same as before and he fell back to sleep.
I went down to river then had my tea outside when I came back.
Fergus up at 6.30
Went for a walk along the road and in the garden playing he is becoming more aggressive with the biting. We hardly have any fun play before he starts become very vicious. It is quite scary really. Encouraged him into his crate again, and now sitting beside him not looking or saying anything to him. Barked at first but very quick stopped and settled down. Now sleeping all within two minutes at 7.30pm. Quite incredible. Can I do this for another three months? Can my arms and legs hold on that long? Quicker the needle teeth fall out the better things will be.
Up at 8.45pm tried the idea of wearing gloves that I read on vizslaforums , but I think this just makes him worse. He was high, and very bitey and just kept on biting. I had to put him out the back twice , last time he was finally calm and ready to sleep. Sleeping at 10.30pm. Up again at 11.15 we went for short walk as he didn’t like the dark (no moon) he was in bed and sleeping by midnight.
